Description
The mechanism that does the actual work, sold on its own for replacing a worn body without disturbing the handles. Six levers give a usefully large number of key differs, so neighbouring flats in the same building are unlikely to share a key by accident. The latch bolt is brass and the deadbolt is hardened steel with an anti-saw roller pin inside it, which spins against a blade rather than letting it bite. The forend is stainless and reversible for left- or right-hand doors.
